Personal Information

The only requirement in order to receive our regular email updates (newsletter) is by supplying Piccavey.com with your name and email address. This is managed by Mailchimp with a GDPR compliant system.

In order to ensure that all email sign-ups are intentional, you will be required to follow a double opt-in process. This means that once you have supplied your name and email address, you will have to confirm your subscription via an introductory message.

Piccavey.com does not sell, rent or share any personal information which you may voluntary divulge, including your email address, with any third parties.

In order to take part in competitions, users may be required to give their postal address and / or telephone number. The rules and regulations for all competitions will be included with the competition and users who take part implicitly give their agreement with these rules and regulations.

Piccavey.com may collect, via Google Analytics, non-personal, aggregated information regarding use of this website. This information is not personally identifiable and will only be used to find out how users navigate our site. Examples of information collected are as follows: time users spend on our site (per page), from which other sites users arrived at Piccavey.com and to which other sites users go. This information will allow us to learn how to improve content and usability.

Security

All information provided by Piccavey.com is stored on restricted database servers via the hosting provider. Piccavey.com does not store data.
