Andalusia is the region in the South of Spain. Including Seville, Granada, Malaga, Cordoba, Almeria, Jaen and Huelva provinces. This region has a vast and beautiful coastline with some of the best beaches in Spain. Costa de Luz, Cabo de Gata and the popular Costa del Sol. It is also home to many UNESCO World Heritage sites such as the Alcazar, the Alhambra palace and the charming Albayzin district. Local food here is mainly produced in the same province and is very fresh. Don´t miss the Spanish ham, local wines, fresh fruit and typical pastries.
Andalucia or Andalusia ?
Andalucia is the Spanish name for this area and is the birthplace of Flamenco. Spanish guitars, Fabulous festivals throughout the Spring and Summer seasons will make your stay even more typical. The region is vast and needs many days to be able to cover the whole extension. In one week just three locations would be recommended to allow to see them in any detail. Trying to see Andalusia in a week is just impossible.
